Dear Sarah-
Thank-you for all the great support and advice throughout my pregnancy! You were always the perfect person to talk to when I was overwhelmed, stressed, confused or frustrated. You were wonderful at reassuring me of what I was capable of. It was so great that you had so many other women's experiences to share with me to remind me that I was not alone and that other people endured certain situations as well. You always listened to my craziness or negativity and never judged. After every phone conversation I always felt so much better and more relaxed. And of course, thanks for advice on the stretch/pose that started my labor in literally 2 minutes flat!!! Hee hee :) You are the best! I just wish I lived closer so you could have been a part of the birth. Or realized the importance and flew you here.
